During the recruitment process, we aim to recruit people who will fulfill the requirements of the position they will undertake in the best way, who can continuously increase their contribution by adapting to the structure of the company, through healthy methods and in line with equal opportunity without discrimination.
We accept applications through our company website and kariyer.net. In order to recruit the most suitable candidates for the company and the position, Human Resources and the relevant department heads conduct interviews. In the interviews conducted by Human Resources, the first evaluation is made based on criteria such as the person's competencies, characteristics and compatibility with the corporate culture. The relevant department, on the other hand, evaluates the candidate's technical knowledge, suitability for the team, whether he/she has the experience and competence to do the job at the desired level and conveys the details of the job to the candidate.
Internship
As KOE, we offer internship opportunities to university students in order to contribute to the qualified workforce development of the sector and to help students see the applications of the knowledge they have received in schools. We also direct our successful interns to positions that may arise in the future.
Within the scope of the company's need for blue-collar personnel; every year, the staff of that year is determined by our managers through studies carried out within the scope of that year's production targets and projects. Within the scope of recruitment, sites such as Koluman's website and kariyer.net are utilized. Especially in blue-collar recruitment, joint studies are organized with İşkur and recruitments are made within the scope of the On-the-Job Training Program. Interns are recruited in cooperation with Vocational High Schools and Vocational Schools of Higher Education, and students who pass the internship period successfully are recruited to our company.

Working Environment
Our main priority is to provide our employees with a safe and healthy working environment. We ensure that our employees start work safely by providing on-the-job training and supplying personal protective equipment. We aim to protect the health and safety of our employees and contribute to their personal development through repeated occupational health, occupational safety, environment and first aid trainings. We also conduct periodic workplace health screenings every year.
In addition to our infirmary and health unit, we have a workplace physician and emergency medical technician at our workplace. We have 2 certified occupational safety specialists working full-time.
